Bacillus velezensis strain:DB2.1 Genome sequencing and assembly. Bacillus velezensis strain:DB2.1

Bacillus velezensis is the model strain for plant-growth-promoting and biocontrol rhizobacteria on many plant species. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of the Bacillus velezensis DB2.1, which was Isolated from Cucumis sativus growing area in An Giang province, Mekong Delta - southwest Vietnam. The report will facilitate future studies on prevention and treatment of of root diseases on Cucumis sativus.

贝莱斯芽孢杆菌（Bacillus velezensis）是多种植物上植物促生与生物防治根际细菌的模式菌株。本研究报道了分离自越南西南部湄公河三角洲安江省黄瓜（Cucumis sativus）种植区的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌DB2.1的完整基因组序列。本序列报告将为后续开展黄瓜根病害的防控研究提供助力。
