To identify NS- associated mRNA and lncRNA profiles and predict their potential roles in the development of the folliculo-sebaceous-apocrine unit and adnexal tumorigenesis.RNA-seq was used to identify NS-associated genes and lncRNAs. Overall design: four paired nevus sebaceous and normal skin tissues were obtained from different subjects' scalp.mRNA and lncRNA profiles were examed and evaluated.
本研究旨在鉴定与皮脂腺痣(nevus sebaceous)相关的信使RNA(messenger RNA,mRNA)及长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)表达谱,并预测其在毛囊皮脂腺顶泌单位发育及附属器肿瘤发生过程中的潜在作用。
采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术鉴定该类相关基因及lncRNA。
实验设计:从不同受试者头皮中获取4对皮脂腺痣组织及配对正常皮肤组织,并对其中的mRNA及lncRNA表达谱进行检测与评估。
