Immune repertoire sequencing using next-generation sequencing suffers from quantitative biases due to non-uniform amplification, and errors when comparing similar sequences due to polymerase-induces errors. This project contains data generated using a novel ultrasensitive DNA sequencing method to profile the immune repertoire using PCR-introduced unique molecular identifiers. We targeted the T-cell receptor delta (TRD) locus in human gamma delta T-cells, a cell population with importance in colon cancer and immunological diseases such as multiple sclerosis. The project contains sequence data of the TRD locus generated from sorted and unsorted gamma delta T-cells. The material was derived from PBMC donated by healthy individuals. The project also contains data from synthetic reference molecules that were used for assay validation.
