TGF-ß1 is a cytokine of the bone morphogenetic protein–activin family and commonly regarded as the most powerful immunosuppressive cytokine Overall design: Here, 6 control, 6 cultured with active TGF-ß, and 6 cultured with latent TGF-ß were enrolled for analysis of the immunological characteristics of NK cells. We want to comprehensively characterize the transcriptional changes in the two groups by transcriptome sequencing.转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）属于骨形态发生蛋白-激活素家族的细胞因子，通常被认为是活性最强的免疫抑制性细胞因子。总体实验设计：本研究共纳入6份对照组样本、6份经活性转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）培养处理的样本以及6份经潜伏型转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）培养处理的样本，用于分析自然杀伤（NK）细胞的免疫学特征。本研究拟通过转录组测序技术，全面解析两组样本的转录组变化。
