CtBP2 beta cell KO islet RNA-seq

RNA-seq analysis was performed using pancreatic islet samples from flox mice and beta-cell specific CtBP2 KO mice. Overall design: Pancreatic beta cell specific CtBP2 KO mice were generated by crossing CtBP2 flox mice into Ins1-Cre transgenic mice. Pancreatic islets were isolated from flox and KO mice and the isolated RNAs were subjected to the RNA-seq analysis.

本研究以flox小鼠（flox mice）与β细胞特异性CtBP2敲除（KO）小鼠的胰岛样本为实验材料，开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。
实验整体设计：通过将CtBP2 flox小鼠与Ins1-Cre转基因小鼠（Ins1-Cre transgenic mice）杂交，成功构建β细胞特异性CtBP2敲除（KO）小鼠模型。分别从flox小鼠与KO小鼠中分离胰岛，提取总RNA后进行RNA测序分析。
