Multi-omics identification of HDAC9 downregulation and a lactate-associated metabolic signature in pediatric septic shock – analysis pipeline and processed data

Processed expression matrices (RDS files), R session information, intermediate analysis results (differential expression, GSEA, LARS model, survival data, consensus clustering outputs), and R scripts for the HDAC9 multi-omics study in pediatric septic shock. This dataset supports the reproducibility of the analysis pipeline submitted to BMC Bioinformatics.本数据集包含儿童脓毒性休克组蛋白去乙酰化酶9（HDAC9）多组学研究的全套相关材料：经处理的表达矩阵（RDS文件）、R会话信息、中间分析结果（含差异表达分析、基因集富集分析（Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, GSEA）、LARS模型、生存数据以及一致性聚类结果），以及配套的R脚本。本数据集可保障提交至《BMC生物信息学》（BMC Bioinformatics）的分析流程的可重复性。
