Refseq database for DeGeCI

Postgresql database dump files for DeGeCI for Refseq releases 89 and 204. Each dump file creates two tables: - kmer_plus-16- - kmer_minus-16- These represent the de-Brujin graph with k=16 for the respective RefSeq release.
