Samples from the interior (samples 2-4) and exterior corrosion (samples 5-6) from Pompeii INV10289 a caccabus (a copper-alloy vessel) from Pompeii were characterized by Fourier-Transform Infarred (FTIR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), gas chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry using a thermal separation probe (GC-QTOF-MS with TSP), ion chromatography with mass spectromtery (IC-MS) and bottom-up proteomics.

针对庞贝古城出土的编号为INV10289的铜合金容器(caccabus),分别对其内部腐蚀样品(样品2-4)与外部腐蚀样品(样品5-6),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier-Transform Infrared, FTIR)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、搭载热分离探针的气相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用技术(GC-QTOF-MS with TSP)、离子色谱-质谱联用技术(IC-MS)以及自下而上蛋白质组学方法进行了表征分析。
