Blood flow-restricted resistance training improves changes in mRNA profiles during early hypertensive cardiac function

This dataset presents sequencing results exploring differentially expressed mRNAs in the hearts of spontaneously hypertensive rats following blood flow restriction resistance training. Sequencing groups comprise the hypertensive sedentary group (SHR-SED) and the blood flow-restricted resistance training group (BFRT). Three datasets comprise all sequenced genes and differentially expressed genes.本数据集收录了自发性高血压大鼠经血流限制抗阻训练后，心脏组织中差异表达信使RNA（mRNA）的测序分析结果。本次测序分为两个组别：高血压久坐组（SHR-SED）与血流限制抗阻训练组（BFRT）。本次测序共生成三套数据集，涵盖全部测序基因与差异表达基因的相关数据。
