Trees

All the trees obtained in this study, with the sequence data that can be found in this submission: A Maximum-Likelihood tree with 1000 bootstraps for each of the four datasets (DS1-DS4), and a Bayesian Inference consensus tree after 20M generations, also for each of the four datasets. Finally, we also include the final time tree obtained with the DS4 dataset, with the time calibration points mentioned in the publications, and after 30M generations, using BEAST v1.8.4. This last file has all the parameter information in the nodes, and has to be visualized with a program like figtree.

本研究获得的所有系统发育树及其配套序列数据均可在本提交材料中获取：针对四个数据集（DS1-DS4）分别构建了包含1000次自展重复的最大似然树（Maximum-Likelihood tree），同时针对四个数据集各构建了经2000万代迭代后的贝叶斯推断共识树（Bayesian Inference consensus tree）。最后，本提交材料还包含使用DS4数据集构建的最终时间树（time tree）：该分析基于文献中提及的时间校准点，经3000万代迭代完成，并采用BEAST v1.8.4软件进行构建。该最终文件包含所有节点的参数信息，需使用FigTree等软件进行可视化展示。
