Interactive online services of the PA

<p class="western" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; colour: black;">Since 2009 the data relating to the most popular services of the Public Administration in Emilia-Romagna are collected annually and can be started and/or completed online, possibly including payment. The list of specific services, thematic areas and the type of activity is amended when it is deemed necessary and there is no defined deadline. At the beginning of each month, so-called broken links are updated for already inserted services.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
自2009年起，本数据集每年都会收录艾米利亚-罗马涅（Emilia-Romagna）大区公共行政（Public Administration，简称PA）的热门政务服务相关数据。此类服务支持线上发起办理流程并/或完成全部办理环节，部分服务支持线上缴费。仅提供线上信息公示与表单下载的PA政务服务不在本次收录范围内。 本次数据采集通过直接检索完成，覆盖市政当局、工会、地方卫生机构、大区政府、本地公共交通运营方及省级行政单位的官方网站，检索范围涵盖网站首页、"线上服务""已启用电子政务服务""校园服务、选举服务、土地管理、税费缴纳"等栏目。 本数据集亦可通过艾米利亚-罗马涅数字化平台（Emilia-Romagna Digitale）的以下栏目获取： "面向市民的线上服务"：http://digitale.regione.emilia-romagna.it/servizi-online/servizionline?getRecipient=C "面向企业的线上服务"：http://digitale.regione.emilia-romagna.it/servizi-online/servizionline?getRecipient=I 数据集将列明服务名称、服务类型、服务所属主题领域、线上服务的服务对象、提供服务的主管机构，以及该主管机构的通用网址。 本数据集由ERVET spa受艾米利亚-罗马涅大区委托采集，数据所有权归属大区远程政务规划协调部门。 线上服务的整体更新每年开展一次，新增已排查发现的互动式服务条目，并移除已停止提供的服务。当确有必要时，可对具体服务列表、主题领域及活动类型进行调整，无固定调整周期。每月月初，将对已收录服务的失效链接进行更新修复。
