MCF10A-inducible RASV12 cells were treated with TGF-beta for 48hr. As rescue experiment, in one sample cells were treated with esterified leucine for 18hr. Overall design: 1 replicate per condition

将可诱导RASV12表达的MCF10A细胞（MCF10A-inducible RASV12 cells）用转化生长因子β（TGF-beta）处理48小时。作为拯救实验（rescue experiment），其中一组样本采用酯化亮氨酸（esterified leucine）处理18小时。实验设计：每个实验条件设置1次重复。
