Data and results for `MODULE COMPLEXITY` simulations.
Simulations of population with different combinations of metabolism and signaling module complexities (random, simple, medium, and complex). Each condition is run for 15 days (21600 ticks) with 20 replicates (random seeds 0 - 19). Cells are introduced to the center of the constant source environment after a 1 day delay. Snapshots are taken every 0.5 days (720 ticks). The data folder contains .tar.xz compressed replicate sets. The results folder contains .pkl files of data parsed into arrays (only for the full model rule simulations). Simulations are labeled as: [case]_[metabolism]_[signaling]

本数据集涵盖不同代谢模块与信号传导模块复杂度组合下的种群仿真实验,模块复杂度分为随机、简单、中等与复杂四类。每组实验条件均运行15天(对应21600个时间步),并设置20次重复实验(随机种子取值为0至19)。实验延迟1天后,将细胞接种至恒定养分源环境的中心区域。每0.5天(对应720个时间步)采集一次仿真快照。
数据文件夹中存储了经.tar.xz格式压缩的重复实验数据集。结果文件夹中存储了已解析为数组格式的.pkl格式数据文件,该类文件仅对应完整模型规则的仿真实验。
