Pan troglodytes Transcriptome or Gene expression

The purpose of this project is to sequence the transcriptome of the reference chimpanzee, Clint. This information will be used to improve the annotations of the chimpanzee genome.本项目旨在对参考黑猩猩克林特（Clint）的转录组（transcriptome）进行测序。所得数据将用于优化黑猩猩基因组（genome）的注释工作。
