The effect of Leech on High-glucose induced HBZY-1 cells.

In this study, the effect and underlying mechanism of Leech extract on high-glucose indueced mesangile cells proliferation and ECM accumulation were investigated based on transcriptomic analysis and experiments in vitro. (RNA-seq was used to analyze the differential genes among three groups, the control group, the high-glucose induced group and the Leech treatment goup,respectively. And all samples were assayed three times.)本研究基于转录组学分析与体外实验，探讨了水蛭提取物对高糖诱导的系膜细胞增殖及细胞外基质（ECM）积累的影响与潜在作用机制。（采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析对照组、高糖诱导组与水蛭处理组三组间的差异基因，且所有样本均进行三次重复检测。）
