实验设计:在HeLa B2细胞中,针对以下四种实验条件绘制GR、p65及RNA聚合酶II(RNAPII)的全基因组染色质状态图谱:1)二甲基亚砜(DMSO,对照组);2)以1μM TA处理4小时;3)以10ng/ml肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)处理;4)以1μM TA处理4小时,并在处理的第3小时加入10ng/ml TNFα。
