HEZ was applied on two different tomato plant, one is health plant without any diseases, another is the plants infected with Botrytis cinerea. The changes of tomato fruit macroscopic appearance, plant hormonal levels by applied HEZ were investigated. We used transcriptomics of tomato ripen fruit in order to get a better understanding of how much of the gene expression could be contribute to the influence of HEZ using. Moreover, the environment fate of HEZ in tomato cultivation was conduct to explore the impact of Botrytis cinerea infection on HEZ dispassion. These results can reduce tomato growth inhibition and improve the quality of tomato fruit and establish a rational application of HEZ.
本研究将HEZ施用于两株不同的番茄植株:其一为无任何病害的健康植株,另一株为感染灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)的植株。本研究考察了HEZ处理对番茄果实宏观外观及植株内源激素水平的影响。为明确HEZ施用对基因表达的影响范围与程度,本研究针对成熟番茄果实开展了转录组(transcriptomics)分析。此外,本研究还开展了HEZ在番茄栽培体系中的环境归趋研究,以探索灰葡萄孢感染对HEZ归趋的影响。本研究所得结果可缓解番茄生长受抑情况,提升番茄果实品质,并为HEZ的合理施用提供科学依据。
