高危行业隐患排查治理报告数据集

在数据采集阶段，使用现场工程地址数据、3D地图数据，勘测工具如测距仪、测厚仪、便携式有毒有害/可燃气体检测报警仪等工具进行数据收集。在数据处理阶段，把采集的如厂区环境、物料情况、工艺参数、生产装置运行等数据作为分析输入，并根据安全检查表法、专家经验法、事故后果模拟分析法等评价方法生成危险等级、危险程度、危险源分布、安全隐患、整改措施等结论性数据。数据本身涉及部分企业数据，已通过泛化、抑制、掩码等技术对部分参数、企业信息等进行数据脱敏、匿名化、去标识化，在保障数据可用性的同时避免敏感信息泄露。

In the data collection phase, on-site engineering address data, 3D map data, and survey tools including distance meters, thickness gauges, portable toxic/hazardous and flammable gas detection and alarm devices were used for data acquisition. In the data processing phase, collected data covering plant environment, material conditions, process parameters, production unit operation status and other relevant contents were employed as analysis inputs. Based on evaluation methods such as the safety checklist method, expert experience method and accident consequence simulation analysis method, conclusive data including hazard level, hazard degree, hazard source distribution, potential safety hazards and rectification measures were generated. The data involves partial enterprise-related information, and data desensitization, anonymization and de-identification have been conducted for some parameters and enterprise information via technologies such as generalization, suppression and masking, so as to ensure data availability while preventing sensitive information disclosure.
