Species belonging to the fern genus Polypodium sensu-stricto complex Raw sequence reads

Supplemental illumina raw paired-end read data for a subset of samples included in the publication "What is Polypodium vulgare? Discerning disparate origins of an iconic fern in Europe and Asia". Sequencing data was derived from target capture (i.e. Hyb-seq, target enrichment) library preparation using the GOFlag probe set.
