The main aim of this study was conducted to evaluate the effect of chronic exposure to low concentrations of deltamethrin on the Carassius auratus gibelio by molecular biological analysis. In brief, the histopathological analysis of the intestinal tract was implemented, and the intestinal villi length, muscular layer thickness, and the number of mucus cells were measured to imply intestinal health in fish. Furthermore, the expression of the intestine barrier, oxidative stress, inflammatory response, apoptosis, and autophagy-related genes was quantified. And then, the 16S rRNA sequencing was performed to reveal the change in the intestine microbiota composition. To sum up, our results will provide a brand-new perspective of deltamethrin toxicity on intestine health and explore the potential link between intestine microbiota and physiological status.

本研究的核心目的为通过分子生物学分析手段,评估低浓度溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin)长期暴露对银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)的影响。简言之,本研究开展肠道组织病理学分析,测定肠绒毛长度、肌层厚度与黏液细胞数量以表征鱼类肠道健康状况;此外,定量检测肠道屏障、氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞凋亡及自噬相关基因的表达水平;随后通过16S rRNA测序揭示肠道微生物群落组成的变化。综上,本研究结果将为解析溴氰菊酯对鱼类肠道健康的毒性效应提供全新视角,并探索肠道微生物群落与鱼类生理状态间的潜在关联。
