本研究采用同量异位素相对与绝对定量标记（iTRAQ）技术开展蛋白质组学分析，以对比zar1基因纯合子卵巢（homo）与zar1基因杂合子卵巢（hetero）的蛋白表达谱差异。每个基因型于受精后33天（days post fertilization，缩写dpf）分离获取10个卵巢，并通过iTRAQ技术完成分析；每个基因型设置两次重复实验。本研究以斑马鱼（Danio rerio）的UniProt蛋白质组序列作为数据库进行序列检索。
