Pseudomonas fluorescens specific bacteriophage genome sequences

Pseudomonas fluorescens is an important gram negative pathogen commonly associated with food spoilage especially in dairy industry. We have isolated a lytic phage specific to this pathogen. This data contains the Illumina and Nanopore raw sequences of the isolated Pf phage genome.

荧光假单胞菌（Pseudomonas fluorescens）是一类重要的革兰氏阴性致病菌，常引发食品腐败，在乳制品行业中尤为常见。本研究分离得到一株针对该致病菌的裂解性噬菌体（lytic phage）。本数据集包含所分离得到的Pf噬菌体基因组的Illumina与Nanopore测序原始序列。
