GIPR19/182 Decision date 11 July 2019\r\n\r\n\r\nDate of Publication: \r\n\r\n\r\n11 July 2019\r\n.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe final agreed scope of this GIPA application was as follows:\r\n\r\n1) Requests received by Revenue NSW from the MO (Minister’s Office) concerning the Hotline.\r\n\r\n2) Revenue NSW’s responses to those Hotline requests from the MO.\r\n\r\n3) Any Revenue NSW initiated briefs to the MO regarding the Hotline.\r\n\r\n4 (a) Any request received from, or response submitted to, the MO regarding the Hotline spreadsheet that was subsequently released to the media and subject to an alleged privacy breach\r\n\r\n4 (b) All documents between Revenue NSW and the MO about the alleged privacy breach\r\n\r\n4 (c) Any information held by Revenue NSW on whether the Hotline spreadsheet is provided to the MO on a regular basis or is only prepared and provided in response to a specific request from the MO and who else the Hotline spreadsheet is disseminated to?\r\n

本次政府信息公开申请（GIPA）的最终商定范围如下：

1) 新南威尔士州税务局（Revenue NSW）自部长办公室（MO）处收到的涉该热线的申请；
2) 新南威尔士州税务局针对部长办公室就该热线提出的前述申请作出的回复；
3) 新南威尔士州税务局主动向部长办公室提交的涉该热线的所有简要报告；
4 (a) 自部长办公室收到的、或向部长办公室提交的、与该热线电子表格相关的所有申请与回复——该电子表格后续被披露给媒体，并被指存在隐私泄露问题；
4 (b) 新南威尔士州税务局与部长办公室之间就前述指称的隐私泄露问题往来的全部文件；
4 (c) 新南威尔士州税务局所持有的、与以下事项相关的所有信息：该热线电子表格是否定期向部长办公室提供，抑或仅应部长办公室的特定请求才编制并提供，以及该热线电子表格还向其他哪些主体进行了传播。
