Dahua Smart Gas and Natural Gas Solutions is based on visualization and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, and incorporates advanced technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), infrared thermal imaging, robotics and converged communications. It interconnects various safety management and control subsystems in stations, process unit areas, natural gas pipelines and control centers, and fully leverages various types of information such as video images, voice, IoT data and alarms to realize comprehensive intelligent safety management and control system functions including security prevention, personnel & vehicle structuring, intelligent access control, intelligent inspection of production units and intelligent management and control of operation sites.
1. Operation Management: Targeting stations, valve chambers and pipeline corridors, it realizes personnel operation and wearing compliance management for temporary operations to ensure the safety of operating personnel.
2. Intelligent Inspection: Targeting process units in stations/valve chambers and pipeline corridors, it provides real-time online early warning for leakages to guarantee safe and stable operation of the sites.
3. Safety Management and Control: For hidden risk incidents such as leakages, it offers online safety management and control measures, realizes emergency scheduling of resources and manpower, integrates communications, completes closed-loop management of incidents and ensures operational safety.
