RNAseq of genetically engineered mouse model (GEMM) tumors

We report the expression profiling of lung adenocarcinoma tumors arising from genetically engineered mice with activation of KRAS(K) and loss of either SMARCA4 (S), p53(P) or both. Overall design: Examination of RNA expression of tumors with different genotypes我们报道了源自KRAS（K）激活且SMARCA4（S）、p53（P）其中之一或两者均缺失的基因工程小鼠的肺腺癌（lung adenocarcinoma）肿瘤的表达谱分析。实验设计：对不同基因型肿瘤的RNA表达水平进行检测。
