为比较不同组织间营养转运蛋白的基因表达水平，本研究针对拟南芥的地上组织与根部组织构建了批量RNA测序（Bulk RNA-Seq）数据集。整体实验设计：拟南芥地上组织样本4例，拟南芥根部组织样本4例。
