Annotation file for VNIa-5 Cneo strain BK42

Annoation file of VNIa-5 reference genome (Cryptococcus neoformans strain BK42) generated by Funannotate with RNA-seq data. The genome assembly of VNIa-5 strain BK42 was collected from Ashton's study( https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-10092-5). The only change was the scaffold name in our upload assembly was simplified to number for analysis convenience (e.g. ' > scaffold 1 ' to ' > 1 ').本数据集为采用Funannotate结合RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据生成的VNIa-5参考基因组（新型隐球菌*Cryptococcus neoformans*菌株BK42）注释文件。VNIa-5菌株BK42的基因组组装序列源自Ashton发表的研究（链接：https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-10092-5）。本次上传的组装文件仅为便于分析作出一处唯一修改：将其中的scaffold（支架序列）名称简化为数字格式，例如将" > scaffold 1 " 改写为" > 1 "。
