Periostin-treated healthy human airway epithelial cell cultures

The goal of this study was to examine changes in gene expression in response to periostin treatment. Overall design: Primary human airway epithelia were exposed to vehicle or periostin, prepared for RNA sequencing, and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 4000 system using 2x151bp paired end SBS chemistry.

本研究旨在探究经骨膜蛋白（periostin）处理后基因表达的变化。实验设计方案：将原代人呼吸道上皮细胞分别置于溶剂对照或骨膜蛋白中处理，完成RNA测序样品制备后，使用Illumina HiSeq 4000测序平台，采用2×151bp双端SBS测序化学法完成测序。
