National Register of Electricity Production and Storage Facilities over 250 kW (OpenStreetMap+Opendata)

This dataset is the result of an automatic merging of the [National Register of Electricity Production and Storage Facilities](https://odre.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/registre-national-installation-production-stockage-electricite-agrege/information/?disjunctive.epci&disjunctive.departement&disjunctive.region&disjunctive.filiere&disjunctive.combustible&disjunctive.combustiblessecondaires&disjunctive.technologie&disjunctive.regime&disjunctive.gestionnaire&sort=codeinseecommune) and data on the subject mapped in the OpenStreetMap project, only for instalations of more than 250 kW.

Each installation is close to the OpenStreetMap mapping using its reference. If a corresponding installation is found in OpenStreetMap its coordinates and attributes are used and supplemented by those of the registry.
If the installation is not found in OpenStreetMap, the original registry coordinates are used.

In all cases the attributes are in the OpenStreetMap data schema. That is, the attributes of the registry are converted to OpenStreetMap tags. The values of OpenStreetMap tags take precedence over those in the registry. It is therefore possible to correct and complete the dataset by contributing the information in OpenStreetMap.

This reconciliation between the two datasets is carried out daily by the [Osmose-QA] project(https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/reuses/osmose-qa/). A view of the installations not yet referenced in OpenStreetMap is visible in [Osmose-QA](https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/fr/map/#zoom=9&lat=44.509&lon=0.477&item=8270&level=1%2C2%2C3&class=1).

本数据集为[国家电力生产与存储设施注册簿（National Register of Electricity Production and Storage Facilities）](https://odre.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/registre-national-installation-production-stockage-electricite-agrege/information/?disjunctive.epci&disjunctive.departement&disjunctive.region&disjunctive.filiere&disjunctive.combustible&disjunctive.combustiblessecondaires&disjunctive.technologie&disjunctive.regime&disjunctive.gestionnaire&sort=codeinseecommune)与开放街道地图（OpenStreetMap）项目中对应主题的映射数据的自动合并产物，且仅涵盖功率大于250 kW的电力设施。

每座设施将通过其唯一标识匹配开放街道地图的映射数据。若在开放街道地图中找到对应设施，则采用其坐标与属性信息，并以注册簿中的对应信息予以补充；若未在开放街道地图中检索到对应设施，则沿用原始注册簿中的坐标数据。

所有情况下，数据集属性均遵循开放街道地图数据标签体系：注册簿内的属性将被转换为开放街道地图标签，且开放街道地图标签的取值优先级高于注册簿中的对应值。因此，用户可通过在开放街道地图中贡献信息，实现对本数据集的修正与完善。
