Data for "More problems sampling wildlife with baits: Environmental food resources influence trapping rates"

This is the dataset used in the published paper "More problems sampling wildlife with baits: Environmental food resources influence trapping rates". Three files contain the capture history of small mammals in baited traps before, during, and after a mast-fruiting event. Two files contain data on seed quantity on the forest floor before and during the mast-fruiting event. The last file is the R code used to produce graphs of capture rates and species accumulation curves.
