Nanopore data traces for PTM detection on peptides

The following dataset contains data from nanopore experiments used in the manuscript "Mapping phosphorylation post-translational modifications along single peptides with nanopores". For each of the 6 peptide variants used in the study, all of the ion-current traces used for the analysis are included. For each variant, a matlab cell array is included. Within the cell array, each element contains the ion-current values for an individual read, each data point referring to the ion current value at a given timepoint in picoAmperes. The data is sampled at 5 kHz. For more information on the data, please refer to the corresponding publication. The names of each file correspond to the peptide sequence as in the corresponding paper.
