Equine odontoclastic tooth resorption and hypercementosis (EOTRH) is an equine dental disease primarily affecting the incisors of horses over 15 years of age. In this study, 87 <i>in vivo</i> radiographs and 20 <i>ex vivo</i> microcomputed tomography (μCT) scans of incisors in age-matched controls were analysed. Radiographs showed that 03 incisors were more severely affected than the 01s in EOTRH. Radiographic score and age had a weak positive correlation. μCT demonstrated that EOTRH teeth had a lower pulp and enamel volume therefore lower pulp and enamel volume ratios relative to the whole tooth volume. Cementum and dentine volumes were more variable so their ratios were not different to control teeth.
