Circulating ceRNAs associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Plasma ceRNA expression profiles were acquired by using a human ceRNA microarray. Whole blood was collected in venous blood collection tubes containing EDTA after fasting overnight, and plasma was separated by centrifugation.
