Circulating ceRNAs associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Plasma ceRNA expression profiles were acquired by using a human ceRNA microarray. Whole blood was collected in venous blood collection tubes containing EDTA after fasting overnight, and plasma was separated by centrifugation.血浆内源竞争RNA（ceRNA）表达谱通过人类ceRNA基因芯片获取。受试者于隔夜空腹后采集静脉全血，将血液置于含乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）的静脉采血管中，随后通过离心分离得到血浆。
