The invention relates to a cork stopper punching automatic system comprising a frame (3) having ends (12， 13); the frame comprising a strip feeder (1) disposed on the first end (12) and three strip conveyors (2) separated from one another by two reading and punching spaces (9， 11); the system further comprising at least three cameras (6) able to capture images from space (9); a punching assembly (14) arranged to operate in space (11); a vertical actuator (4) arranged to angularly displace second end (13) or to displace punching assembly (14) perpendicular to a working plan; and a processing unit (22) connected in data communication with cameras (6)， the processing unit comprising controllers for controlling actuator (4)， conveyors (2) and punching assembly (14) in accordance with data from the cameras. The invention applies to the stopper production industry.
