Zymobiomics Microbial Community Standards CSI and CSII Raw sequence reads

The original PromethION and GridION data from Nicholls et al. (2019) has been subsampled in order to simulate MinION's output (3 and 6 Gbps). Thereby, the present BioProject includes data from sequencing Zymobiomics Microbial Community Standards CSI and CSII.
