Excel Data-ICBT for PMS

We provide data generated in a randomized controlled trial carried out at residence halls of the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The study was conducted to investigate the effect of Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (ICBT) on symptom severity and quality of life of Iranian female university students suffering from premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Moreover, the PMS-related disability and attitude toward menstruation were investigated. Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy with 92 female university students was included.

本数据集源自大不里士医科大学（Tabriz University of Medical Sciences）学生宿舍内开展的一项随机对照试验所生成的数据。本研究旨在探讨基于网络的认知行为疗法（Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, ICBT）对罹患经前期综合征（premenstrual syndrome, PMS）的伊朗女大学生的症状严重程度与生活质量的影响。此外，本研究还考察了经前期综合征相关功能障碍以及受试者对月经的态度。本研究共纳入92名女大学生参与该基于网络的认知行为疗法干预。
