Large-scale tethered function assays identify factors that regulate mRNA stability and translation (polysome profiling)

Performed polysome profiling in cell lysates from two independent UBAP2L knockout clonal isolates and from two control samples. RNAseq对两株独立的UBAP2L基因敲除单克隆细胞株及两份对照样本的细胞裂解液进行了多聚核糖体谱分析，并开展了RNA测序（RNAseq）。
