Sicamous Creek Mycorrhizal Fungal Working Group

This project includes sequences from ectomyocorrhizal fungi (mature spruce and fir root tips, resistant propogules isolated on bioassay seedling spruce and fir, and sporocarps) and ericoid mycorrhizal fungi (Vaccinium root tips) at Sicamous Creek silvicultural systems trial in Sicamous, BC, Canada. Samples were gathered from the 1 ha openings and the adjacent uncut forests between 2021 - 2022, around 25 years after harvest.

本项目包含来自加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省（BC）锡卡穆斯溪营林系统试验地的两类菌根真菌的测序序列：其一为外生菌根真菌（ectomycorrhizal fungi），其样本包括成熟云杉与冷杉的根尖、生物测定云杉及冷杉幼苗上分离获得的抗性繁殖体，以及子实体；其二为杜鹃花类菌根真菌（ericoid mycorrhizal fungi），样本取自越橘属（Vaccinium）植物的根尖。所有样本采集于采伐后约25年的2021年至2022年间，采样区域涵盖1公顷采伐空地与相邻的未采伐森林。
