Rhizosphere Metagenome ITS

Rhizospheric soil samples collected from Zea mays; Mentha arvensis planted alone or with fertilizers (vermicompost or chemical); Mentha arvensis intercropped either with Sesbania (green manure) or with Chlorophytum borivilianum and sequenced based on Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) using illumina MiSeq to investigate the diversity and dynamics of fungal communities.本数据集的根际土壤样品采集自以下三类生境：① 玉米（Zea mays）根际；② 单作或配施蚯蚓粪、化学肥料的野薄荷（Mentha arvensis）根际；③ 与绿肥作物田菁（Sesbania）间作，或与硼维利吊兰（Chlorophytum borivilianum）间作的野薄荷根际。所有样品均基于内转录间隔区（Internal transcribed spacer，ITS），使用Illumina MiSeq测序平台进行测序，以探究真菌群落的多样性及其动态变化。
