The goals of this study are to investigate the molecular mechanism and biomarker by DNA methylation profiles in patients with metabolic syndrome compared to normal. Overall design: In this study, we performed Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChIP and RNA-seq with same patients to explore a molecular targets for the prediction of metabolic syndrome. A total of 20 participants, including 11 patietns with metabolic syndrome and 9 normal were enrolled in our study.

本研究旨在通过对比代谢综合征患者与健康对照人群的DNA甲基化谱,探究其潜在分子机制与生物标志物。总体设计:本研究针对同一批受试者开展Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChIP与RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验,以探索可用于代谢综合征预测的分子靶点。本研究共纳入20名受试者,其中11名代谢综合征患者,9名健康对照个体。
