Endophytic bacteria enhancing host performance

Endophytic bacteria contribute to the biochemical and physiological functions of plants (thus enhancing crop production) and fungi. In this project, the aim is to identify and describe endophytes of different crops such as grains, vegetables and fruits that are commonly cultivated in the Italian agricultural system, mycorrhizal symbionts, and mycorrhizal bacterial endophytes.内生细菌（Endophytic bacteria）可参与调控植物与真菌的生化及生理功能，进而提升作物产量。本项目旨在对意大利农业生产中广泛种植的各类作物（包括谷类、蔬菜与水果）的内生菌、菌根共生体以及菌根细菌内生菌开展鉴定与描述工作。
