Characterization of the complete chloroplast genome of Celtis koraiensis (Cannabaceae)

The complete chloroplast genome of C. koraiensis was reported in this study. The chloroplast genome was 159,039 bp in size with a canonical quadripartite structure, including two inverted repeats regions of 26,894 bp each, a large single-copy region of 86,115 bp in length, and a small single-copy region of 19,136 bp in length.本研究报道了C. koraiensis的完整叶绿体基因组（chloroplast genome）。该叶绿体基因组大小为159039 bp，具备典型的四分体结构，包含两个长度均为26894 bp的反向重复区、一个长度为86115 bp的大单拷贝区，以及一个长度为19136 bp的小单拷贝区。
