Data used to convert length to ash-free dry mass (AFDM) for gastropods. Entries represent the minimum and maximum length values for each species in Eklöf et al. [46]. The scaling coefficient and exponent used in our analysis was determined via ordinary least squares linear regression on a log10-transformed version of this data, similar to the method used by Payne et al. [14]. min_length = smallest specimen of the relevant species; max_length = largest specimen of the relevant species; AFDW_min = ash-free dry mass for the smallest specimen of the relevant species; AFDM_max = ash-free dry mass for the largest specimen of the relevant species
本数据集用于实现腹足类(gastropods)体长至无灰分干重(ash-free dry mass, AFDM)的转换。每条记录对应埃克洛夫(Eklöf)等人[46]研究中各物种的最小与最大体长值。本分析所用的缩放系数与指数,通过对本数据集进行以10为底的对数转换后,采用普通最小二乘线性回归方法确定,该方法与佩恩(Payne)等人[14]所采用的方法类似。其中,min_length为对应物种的最小标本体长;max_length为对应物种的最大标本体长;AFDW_min为对应物种最小标本的无灰分干重;AFDM_max为对应物种最大标本的无灰分干重
