Spatial analysis of cholangiocarcinoma in Thailand from 2012 to 2021; a population-based cancer registries study

The paper deals with incidence and spatial variables associated with cholangiocarcinoma. This paper is a first spatial analysis using big data in all four regions of Thailand from the Population-based cancer registry between 2012 and 2021. Additionally, our study was conducted on a large scale, which allowed us to have a representative population of individuals at risk for CCA. The age-standardized rate for the four regions representing Thailand is presented in the form of a polygon mapping and presenting the distribution pattern of CCA and analyzing spatial variables associated with CCA.

本研究聚焦与胆管癌（cholangiocarcinoma）相关的发病率及空间变量。本研究首次基于2012至2021年泰国四大区域的人群肿瘤登记库（Population-based cancer registry）大数据开展空间分析。此外，本研究采用大样本量研究设计，可获取具有代表性的CCA高危人群样本。本研究以多边形地图形式呈现泰国四大区域的年龄标化发病率，展示CCA的分布模式，并分析与之相关的空间变量。
