This study was carried out to determine the mediating role of perceived supervisor support in the relationship between organizational ostracism and psychological ownership. A total of 827 healthcare professionals in Turkey participated in the study. Data were collected face-to-face and online by questionnaire method. It was concluded that there is a negative significant relationship between organizational ostracism and psychological ownership; there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological ownership and perceived supervisor support. Finally, it was determined that perceived supervisor support has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational ostracism and psychological ownership.

本研究旨在探究感知上级支持(perceived supervisor support)在组织排斥(organizational ostracism)与心理所有权(psychological ownership)之间的关系中所起到的中介作用。共计827名土耳其医疗保健从业者参与了本次研究。数据通过问卷法以面对面与线上两种方式采集。本研究得出结论:组织排斥与心理所有权之间存在显著负相关关系;心理所有权与感知上级支持之间存在显著正相关关系。最终证实,感知上级支持在组织排斥与心理所有权的关系中发挥中介作用。
