Expression profile of CD20-knockout cells

Investigation of changes in gene expression upon CD20 deletion in two different B-cell lines. CD20 is a prime target of therapy with CD20-targeted monoclonal antibodies for B-cell malignancies. Unfortunately, CD20 is often reduced in expression in response to therapy.
