A single cell transcriptional profile of undifferentiated skeletal cells in the murine limb bud marked by Prrx1-cre at E11.5 Overall design: tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from embryonic day 11.5 (E11.5) hind limbs of Prrx1-cre; R26R-tdTomato+ mice. 15,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000

本数据集为胚胎第11.5天(E11.5)小鼠肢芽中经Prrx1-cre标记的未分化骨骼细胞的单细胞转录组图谱。整体实验设计:从Prrx1-cre; R26R-tdTomato+小鼠的胚胎第11.5天(E11.5)后肢中通过荧光激活细胞分选(FACS)分离得到tdTomato阳性细胞。将15000个细胞上样至10X Genomic Chromium单细胞基因表达解决方案v3平台,随后采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000对互补DNA(cDNA)进行测序。
