本数据集为胚胎第11.5天（E11.5）小鼠肢芽中经Prrx1-cre标记的未分化骨骼细胞的单细胞转录组图谱。整体实验设计：从Prrx1-cre; R26R-tdTomato+小鼠的胚胎第11.5天（E11.5）后肢中通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）分离得到tdTomato阳性细胞。将15000个细胞上样至10X Genomic Chromium单细胞基因表达解决方案v3平台，随后采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000对互补DNA（cDNA）进行测序。
