本研究采用实验室改装型厌氧罐式消化器（lab modified anaerobic jar converted digester），并以商用/中试规模厌氧消化器（commercial/pilot scale anaerobic digester）作为对照开展模拟实验。通过高通量（high-throughput）技术结合甲基辅酶（methyl coenzym）手段，对产沼气微生物群落进行分类学谱系分析。
