OTU matrix including fasta sequences

Dataset 3 is the resulting OTU matrix after the sequencing data processing with Mothur as described in the method section. For each OTU the amount of reads per individual sample is given. In addition one representative read is given (Representative_read_id) and the corresponding aligned DNA sequence.

数据集3为依据方法部分所述流程，通过Mothur完成测序数据处理后得到的操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）矩阵。该矩阵给出了每个OTU在各独立样本中的读段计数；此外还为每个OTU提供了一条代表读段（Representative_read_id）及其对应的比对后DNA序列。
